In 2025, I competed at the World Transplant Games in Dresden. The hardest part wasn't the training, it was the tools. My $1,000 Freelap kit couldn't time flying sprints, gym apps weren't built for sprinters, and a spreadsheet held the rest. So I built KineticX.
A place to build and log your workouts. Presets to get beginners started, full customization for anyone who already knows what they're doing — because sprint training isn't one-size-fits-all.
Another cone cost more than I had. Here, every extra gate is just a magnet on a pole, set at whatever distance you want. Build your own with the open-source code, or buy one pre-assembled from me.
After the gates, the same sensors move into the gym, measuring bar speed and power on every rep. The long game: with enough data, KineticX learns to recognize your drills, sets and reps on its own, so you just hit start and train.
I needed everything in one place, and nobody was building it. Waiting for a company to add what I needed could take forever. So I started building it myself. Now it needs tuning, and that's what the beta is for.
